CMBC Capital Holdings Ltd. proposed a final dividend of 0.2 Hong Kong cents per share for the year ended Dec. 31, 2018.

The dividend is subject to shareholders' approval, according to a March 29 release. The dividend is payable on or before July 26 to shareholders on record at the close of business on July 9.

The company did not pay any dividends in 2017.
