Fintech company Ingo Money raises $4M

Ingo MoneyInc., a payments company, has raised $4 million.

The company sold equity to 45 investors, according to a FormD.

Ingo Money closed on a growth equityinvestment led by Baltimore-based private equity firm Camden Partners in2013.

Camden Partners and MissionOG were lead investors in a $13.5million secondround of financing in 2015 and were joined by Spring Capital and CNFInvestments. Matrix Partners and Ribbit Capital also joined as part of IngoMoney's acquisition of Fuze Network Inc.
