Makena Resources Inc. said Sept. 23 that drilling is underway at its flagship Clone gold-cobalt property in British Columbia's Golden Triangle.

Previous exploration on the property returned significant drill results including 12.80 meters at 44.75 g/t of gold and 4.87 meters at 76.80 g/t of gold.

In June, Makena also acquired 4,060 hectares of diamond-prospective land in Saskatchewan's Athabasca region.
