Digital Stout Holding LLC, a unit of Digital Realty Trust Inc.'s operating partnership, Digital Realty Trust LP, is offering sterling-denominated senior unsecured notes.

The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the data center-focused real estate investment trust and the operating partnership.

The REIT will use the net proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding borrowings under the partnership's global credit facilities, to fund development and acquisition opportunities, and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
