Hoist Finance shuffles executive management team

Hoist Finance AB (publ) appointed Emanuele Reale, its chief sales officer, to serve as COO with effect from March 18, replacing Björn Hoffmeyer, who will leave the company.

Fabien Klecha will add the duties of chief sales officer to his role as country manager for France, joining the executive management team from March 18.

Hoist also named Yngve Ralph head of strategy and CEO projects and said he will join the company during the spring. He most recently worked at Munters Group, a company that provides air treatment and climate solutions.

The company further named Julian Winfield, country manager for the U.K., to lead a new "center of excellence" focused on unsecured asset collections, and appointed Clemente Reale, country manager for Italy, to the same role for secured nonperforming loans.
