Heki Co. Ltd. said its normalized net income for the fiscal first half ended March 31 came to ¥90.04 per share, a gain of 34.9% from ¥66.74 per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was ¥53.1 million, an increase of 34.9% from ¥39.4 million in the prior-year period.
Total revenue increased on an annual basis to ¥540.0 million from ¥530.0 million, and total operating expenses came to ¥451.0 million, compared with ¥450.0 million in the prior-year period.
Reported net income rose 43.8% from the prior-year period to ¥46.0 million, or ¥77.97 per share, from ¥32.0 million, or ¥54.24 per share.
