Constantin von Oesterreich could quit as CEO of following thelender's annual press conference in June, Bloomberg News reported March 30,citing "a person with knowledge of the matter."
Von Oesterreich asked to be released from his contractbefore it expires in October 2017, but changes to the contract are yet to befinalized, the source said.
He will be succeeded by CFO Stefan Ermisch, who also servesas the lender's deputy CEO, according to the report.
