WMIH completes reverse stock split, name change

WMIH Corp. has completed its 1-for-12 reverse stock split.

The reverse stock split reduced the number of WMIH common shares outstanding to about 90,811,562 common shares from about 1,089,738,735 common shares, as of Oct. 9.

Additionally, the company has changed its name to Mr. Cooper Group Inc. It will trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "COOP," effective Oct. 11.
