Maybank's Singapore branch issues US$280M of notes

Malayan Banking Bhd. - Singapore Branch issued US$280 million of floating-rate notes due 2023.

The notes were issued Aug. 10, the company said in a same-day filing. The notes will be listed and quoted in the bonds market, effective Aug. 13.

KGI Securities Co. Ltd. and BNP Paribas, Taipei branch, acted as lead managers and bookrunners for the issue.

Maybank Singapore is a unit of Malaysia's Malayan Banking Bhd.
