Maryland'streasury office is considering cutting business ties with scandal-strickenWells Fargo &Co., the Baltimore BusinessJournal reported, citing Susanne Brogan, deputy treasurer of public policy.

MarylandState Treasurer Nancy Kopp will likely make a decision during the week of Oct.3, according to the report.

The financedepartment of Howard County, Md., is also reviewing its relationship with thebeleaguered bank, Finance Director Stanley Milesky told the publication.

Additionally,the Philadelphia Business Journalreported that the city of Philadelphia is reviewing its relationship with thebank.
