The real estate arm of French private equity firm Ardian acquired a seven-story office project in Berlin from LBBW Immobilien Development GmbH for an undisclosed amount.

The under-construction property at Lützowstrasse 107-112 will offer about 18,000 square meters of rental space and an underground 52-unit car park upon completion, expected in the third quarter of 2021.
