NEPC LLC has hired Karen Harding and Kristi Hanson as partners in its newly opened office in Portland, Ore.

The move comes as the company seeks to grow its private wealth group into a family office business. The company's private wealth group provides wealth management services, including investment and philanthropic advice, legacy planning, and multi-generational investment planning, to high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

Harding and Hanson joined the company from integrated wealth management services provider CTC | myCFO, where Harding served as a managing director and co-head of investment advisory services team, and Hanson was a managing director and head of research.
