Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust's operating unit will redeem the entire outstanding principal amount of its 3.00% series 6 debentures due April 20, 2017, on Jan. 23, 2017.

Choice Properties LP will redeem the debentures at a price, per C$1,000 of principal amount, of C$1,000 plus accrued and unpaid interest of $7.79182574.

As of Dec. 23, there was C$200 million of debentures outstanding.
