Johnny Guerry discloses 5.1% stake in Southwest Bancorp

Clover Partners Management LLC, in its capacity as generalpartner of Clover Partners LP,and Johnny Guerry, as the managing partner of Clover Partners Management, mayeach be deemed to beneficially own the 976,527 shares held inMHC Mutual Conversion Fund LP.

According to a Schedule 13D filed July 15, the sharesrepresent a 5.1% stake in the Stillwater, Okla.-based company, based on 19,016,457common shares outstanding as of May 5.

The investor group bought a total of 239,700 shares in openmarket transactions from June 29 to July 8 at prices ranging from $16.4622 pershare to $17.5739 per share.

The filing said that MHC Mutual Conversion Fund Group hasdiscussed and would continue to discuss ideas that might lead to a sale ortransfer of a material amount of assets of Southwest Bancorp and/or changes inits board or management.
