Philippine National Bank plans to conduct system enhancement activities from Aug. 10 to Aug. 13, during which some of its services will be unavailable for clients.
The system upgrade will be conducted from Aug. 10 at 9 p.m. Manila time until Aug. 13 at 11:50 p.m., according to a release recently obtained by S&P Global Market Intelligence.
During this period, the bank will temporarily suspend all transactions done through the bank's ATMs, transactions done through other banks' ATMs using Philippine National Bank ATM cards, domestic and international fund transfers, and over-the-counter bills payments.
In addition, Philippine National Bank's Internet banking services and mobile banking app will be unavailable.
The bank noted that all its branches will extend their banking hours to 7 p.m. on Aug. 11 in order to process customers' over-the counter cash deposits and withdrawals.
