Korea Securities Finance Corp. signed a memorandum of understanding with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia Aug. 7 in Phnom Penh to expand cooperation on capital market development in the Southeast Asian nation.

The agreement extends ties between the company and the Cambodian authority since the early stages of capital market development in the country, according to a same-day release.

Korea Securities Finance also plans to pursue similar agreements in Indonesia and Myanmar.
