Rural lifestyle retail chain Tractor Supply Co. said May 10 that its shareholders elected Denise Jackson to the company's board.

Jackson is the chief legal officer and corporate secretary for AMN Healthcare Services.

She replaced Johnston Adams, who retired from the company's board and did not stand for re-election.
