Eurasian Bank unit waives bourse membership ahead of merger with parent

said its unitEU Bank (Subsidiary Bank of Eurasian Bank) waived its membership at the KazakhStock Exchange's currency and stock markets, ahead of its upcoming merger withthe parent bank.

EUBank also said on its website that as part of the merger, all of its clientaccounts will be served by Eurasian Bank branches, starting from May 3.

EUBank, which until recently operated as BankPozitiv Kazakhstan JSC, was by Eurasian Bank in January.
