FBRCapital Markets & Co. analyst David Corak initiated coverage of with a rating of"market perform," and a price target of $80.
The analyst wrote in a research report: "We believe EPRis well positioned to capitalize on the current net lease environment, whichshould translate into stronger AFFO — and ultimately a higher valuation. Webelieve investors could be rewarded for the company's exposure to the 'experienceeconomy' and a robust pipeline of accretive acquisition and developmentopportunities. In general, we favor EPR's strategy and portfolio exposure, butwe rate EPR at Market Perform, primarily due to the recent run in the stockprice and relative valuation."
