Cigna Corp.'s acquisition of Express Scripts Holding Co. is expected to close on Dec. 20 after the transaction received all required regulatory approvals.

The deal cleared its final regulatory hurdle on Dec. 18 after getting approval from New Jersey. The transaction remains subject to the satisfaction of all other closing conditions.
