S&P Global Ratings affirmed Bank of Iwate Ltd.'s long- and short-term issuer credit ratings at A- and A-2, respectively.

The ratings were subsequently withdrawn at the bank's request, the rating agency said Aug. 9.

The outlook on the long-term rating at the time of withdrawal was stable.
