Bank of America Corp.'s planned job moves to Paris before Brexit are higher than initially disclosed, Reuters reported June 7, citing sources familiar with the matter.
The bank is refurbishing an office in the French capital with the capacity to seat 700 people, according to the report.
The first wave of job moves will start in early 2019 and will see around 400 London jobs moving to Paris, sources told the news outlet.
In November 2017, BofA COO Tom Montag said around 200 sales and trading staff in London will be moved to Frankfurt and Paris as part of Brexit preparations.
