Panda Green Energy unit sells UK solar power plants operator to Greencoat fund

Hong Kong-listed Panda Green Energy Group Ltd.'s Pearl International Investments unit sold the entire issued share capital of Notus Investments 2 Sàrl for £34.0 million to Greencoat Capital LLP's Greencoat Solar Assets II Ltd. fund.

The Luxembourg-incorporated target company owns six operational solar power plants with an aggregate installed capacity of approximately 82.5 MW in the U.K.

HSBC served as sole financial adviser to Panda Green Energy.
