Goldman Sachs to buy Nashville, Tenn., office building for $120M

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. is under contract to buy the Fifth Third Center in Nashville, Tenn., for $120 million, the Nashville (Tenn.) Business Journal reported, citing multiple sources.

The company is paying $244 per square foot for the 31-story, 491,500-square-foot building at 424 Church St. in Nashville, Tenn., to an affiliate of Lincoln Property Co.

The seller purchased the building in mid-2014 for $89 million, the report noted.

The building is 85% leased to Fifth Third Bank, Sony/ATV Music Publishing, law firm Adams & Reese and Loews Hotels.
