Andrzej Jarczyk, president of the management board at UNIQA Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen SA and UNIQA Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen na Zycie SA, will resign from the post, effective Feb. 28.

Jaroslaw Matusiewicz, who is vice president of the management board at both units, will serve as acting president until a permanent replacement has been appointed, the insurers said Feb. 1.

UNIQA Insurance Group AG is the ultimate parent of UNIQA Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen SA and UNIQA Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen na Zycie SA.
