Red Moon Potash changes name to Red Moon Resources

Red Moon Potash Inc. changed its name to Red Moon Resources Inc., after securing shareholder approval in early November.

As of the Dec. 20 market opening, Red Moon Resources shares will start trading on the TSX Venture Exchange while the Red Moon Potash shares will be relisted.

The company's RMK trading symbol will remain unchanged, according to its Dec. 20 statement.

Red Moon posted an initial resource estimate for its Captain Cook property in western Newfoundland in January, comprising 908 million tonnes of high-purity halite, grading 96.9% sodium chloride, for 880 million in situ tonnes of salt.
