Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust obtained a term-loan facility worth £120 million due 2023.

Proceeds from the facility will be used to help fund its £207.3 million acquisition of 12 logistics properties in the U.K. The loan is not secured against any property of the Singaporean real estate investment trust.
