Coastal Carolina National shuffles management following VistaBank acquisition

Coastal Carolina National Bank, a unit of Coastal Carolina Bancshares Inc., made a series of management changes, following the company's recent acquisition of Aiken, S.C.-based VistaBank.

According to a Dec. 9 news release, the Myrtle Beach, S.C.-based bank promoted CFO Dawn Kinard to executive vice president; Senior Vice President Chris McElhinny to chief credit officer; and Senior Vice President Justin Lee to commercial banking director.

Additionally, Senior Vice President and North Strand Market Executive Robert Hucks has assumed overall leadership responsibility for the Conway, S.C., market, in addition to the North Myrtle Beach, S.C., market that he has been leading. Senior Vice President Scott Benninga, meanwhile, has been promoted to mortgage banking director.
