IntraLinks Holdings issues Q2 outlook, maintains FY'16 guidance

IntraLinksHoldings Inc. expects revenue of $72.0 million to $73.0 million forthe second quarter.

For the same period, the company expects a GAAP operating lossof $5.0 million to $5.5 million, GAAP net loss per share of 12 cents to 13cents, non-GAAP operating income of $4.0 million to $4.5 million, and non-GAAPnet income per share of 3 cents to 4 cents, according to a May 3 news release.

For 2016, IntraLinks continues to revenue of $300.0 million to$306.0 million, a GAAP operating loss of $18.6 million to $20.6 million, GAAPnet loss per share of 44 cents to 48 cents, non-GAAP operating income of $17.0million to $19.0 million, and non-GAAP net income per share of 12 cents to 15cents.

The company reported a first-quarter GAAP net loss of $4.9million, or 8 cents per share, compared with a GAAP net loss of $9.4 million,or 17 cents per share, in the year-ago period. Non-GAAP adjusted net income was$2.4 million, compared with a non-GAAP adjusted net loss of $185,000 in theprior-year period.
