Oversea-Chinese Banking issues A$550M of notes

Singapore's Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. issued A$550 million of floating rate notes due 2022.

The Australian dollar-denominated notes were issued May 23 through the bank's Sydney branch.

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd., National Australia Bank Ltd. and Westpac Banking Corp. acted as the lead managers and bookrunners for the offering.
