Coworking giant WeWork Cos. Inc. is developing a 50,000-square-foot shared office on the 19th and 20th floors of the 8750 NorthPark Central tower in Dallas, The Dallas Morning News reported, citing city building permits.

The 20-story tower is owned by CBRE Global Investors.

The company also has an office under construction at 5960 Berkshire Lane in North Dallas' Preston Center district, according to the publication.
