Kimco Realty Corp. sold 10 shopping centers and two land parcels totaling 1.3 million square feet, with $153.7 million as its share of the sales price, during the third quarter.

The transactions included the sale of the 190,000-square-foot Skyline Village shopping center in Harrisonburg, Va., for $32.5 million; the 264,000-square-foot Temple Towne Center shopping center in Temple, Texas, for $26.9 million; and the 253,000-square-foot Kirkwood Crossing shopping center in Kirkwood, Mo., for $15.9 million.
