Rombo Compañía Financiera SA, the Argentine financing arm of automaker Renault, on Aug. 9 will auction bonds worth up to 500 million Argentine pesos, according to a security filing Aug. 3.
The three-year Series 39 bonds carry a variable interest rate and are worth 100 million pesos, extendable to 500 million pesos, the company said.
The securities will be issued Aug. 11 and BBVA Banco Francés SA will serve as a placing agent for the offering.
The offering of the Series 39 is part of a bond program worth up to 3 billion pesos.
As of Aug. 3, US$1 was equivalent to 17.63 Argentine pesos.
