Forty Seven raises $195.6M via common stock offering

Forty Seven Inc. raised about $195.6 million in gross proceeds through a common stock offering.

The Menlo Park, Calif.-based immuno-oncology company sold 5,589,000 common shares at $35 apiece. This includes an additional 729,000 shares sold as underwriters fully exercised their overallotment option.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC served as joint book-running managers for the offering, while Guggenheim Securities LLC and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as lead managers.

JonesTrading Institutional Services LLC and Roth Capital Partners LLC served as co-managers for the offering.
