Veolia prices $100M of notes

Veolia Environnement SA on Dec. 11 priced its previously announced offer to purchase up to $100 million of its 6.750% notes due 2038.

As of 5 p.m. ET on Dec. 10, which was the early participation date, approximately $162.4 million of the outstanding 2038 notes were validly tendered and not withdrawn.

The tender offer will expire at 5 p.m. ET on Jan. 3, 2020, unless extended or earlier terminated. Since the notes validly tendered Dec. 10 exceed the maximum tender amount, the company will not accept for purchase any 2038 notes tendered after Dec. 10.

The early settlement date is expected to occur Dec. 23, and the final settlement date is expected Jan. 7, 2020.
