CrossRoads Financial FCU's board appointed Donald Gillespie president and CEO of the Portland, Ind.-based credit union, according to an announcement on the institution's website.

Gillespie, who succeeds Janet Bantz, will assume leadership of the credit union Jan. 2. Gillespie has served as senior loan officer and credit union financial counselor of CrossRoads Financial FCU since 2011.
