Neighborhood CU and Dallas FCU finalized their merger Sept. 1.

Neighborhood CU President and CEO Chet Kimmell will continue to lead the combined organization.

As of June 30, Neighborhood CU had assets of $670.6 million, while Dallas FCU had assets of $55.9 million, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
