Nevada CleanMagnesium Inc. announced the appointment of Dennis Mee to CFO.

Mee also joins the company's board. He is president of PartTime CFO Inc., which provides companies with finance and accounting, strategicplanning, and other operational management experience on a part-time, as-neededbasis.

Annie Storey has resigned from the board. Storey wasreplaced as CFO inlate June by interim CFO Steve Thorlakson.
