Underwriters for Conifer Holdings Inc.'s public offering of 6.75% senior unsecured notes due 2023 that closed on Oct. 12 exercised their overallotment option in full.

They purchased an additional $3.3 million of the notes, raising the total amount sold to $25.3 million.

Boenning & Scattergood Inc. served as sole book-running manager. American Capital Partners LLC acted as co-manager for the offering.
