Hong Leong MSIG Takaful CEO resigns

Wan Mohd Fadzlullah Wan Abdullah resigned as CEO of HongLeong MSIG Takaful Bhd., The Sun Dailyreported April 25.

The company told the publication that Wan Mohd Fadzlullahfiled his resignation April 22 and is on gardening leave. An interim CEO hasyet to be appointed.

Wan Mohd Fadzlullah decided to resign as CEO due to adifference of opinion with the company's management, an industry executive said.

Hong Leong MSIG Takaful is a joint venture betweenMalaysia's Hong Leong FinancialGroup Bhd. and Japan's Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co. Ltd.
