Report: Romania's Patria Bank sells debt portfolio to Polish debt collector

Polish debt collector Kruk signed an agreement to acquire a portfolio of nonperforming consumer loans from Romania-based Patria Bank SA, news agency PAP reported Oct. 3.

The portfolio includes almost 10,000 loans with total nominal value amounting to 230 million Polish zlotys. It will be serviced by Kruk Romania SRL, the news report noted.

As of Oct. 3, US$1 was equivalent to 3.73 Polish zlotys.
