Dah Sing Financial, unit make board changes

Dah Sing Financial Holdings Ltd. and unit Dah Sing Banking Group Ltd. made changes to their respective boards of directors.

Blair Chilton Pickerell resigned as an independent nonexecutive director of Dah Sing Financial. The company appointed Andrew Kwan-Yuen Leung to replace Pickerell on the board.

At the same time, Pickerell was appointed as an independent nonexecutive director of Dah Sing Banking Group and Dah Sing Bank Ltd. to replace Leung, who resigned from both the boards.

The changes are effective Dec. 20, the companies said the same day.
