Canaccord Genuity Group completes delisting from London Stock Exchange

Canaccord GenuityGroup Inc. said April 1 that its common shares were delisted from theLondon Stock Exchange, effective at 8 a.m. London time on April 1.

Canaccord Genuity Group had applied to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for the cancellation of its common shares listed on the standard listingsegment of the official list of the UKLA and admitted to trading on London StockExchange plc's main market for listed securities.

The company will maintain its listing on the Toronto Stock Exchangeand, on and after April 1, shareholders of the company residing in the U.K. willcontinue to be able to trade its common shares through the Toronto Stock Exchange.
