appointed AndrewLinfoot as CEO of its life reinsurance operations in Australia and New Zealandand Ralph Ronnenberg as managing director of Munich Re Australasia, Insurance Business reported May 10.

Linfootcurrently serves as head of life at Munich Re in Sydney. Ronnenberg, whoreplaces Heinrich Eder, will oversee all nonlife reinsurance business inAustralia and New Zealand as well as Great Lakes Australia, effective July 1.He will be based in Sydney.

Ronnenbergcurrently serves as head of a department that monitors the reinsurance group'sperformance and planning in Asia, Africa, Australasia, Europe and Latin America.
