Peru's Banbif issues $3.5M in bonds

Peru-based Banco Interamericano de Finanzas SA said it has privately placed financial leasing bonds worth $3.5 million.

The bonds have a term of three years, the company said in a regulatory filing.

The issuance belongs to the bank's third program of financial leasing bonds for $60 million, destined exclusively to private bond offers.
