Wealth Enhancement Group reached a definitive agreement to acquire CLA Financial Advisors LLC, a Northbrook, Ill.-based wealth management firm.

As per the agreement, employees of CLA Financial will become part of the acquiring company. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2017.
