Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc. named Jonathan Lindenberg as head of investment banking for the Americas, effective May 15. Previously, Lindenberg was serving as deputy head of investment banking and head of structured finance for the company.

Lindenberg succeeds Fumitaka Nakahama, who is appointed as the company's head of global corporate and investment banking planning division in Tokyo, effective July 1.

Also, effective June 8, Shinichi Sato will be deputy head of investment banking for the Americas. Sato is currently deputy general manager of the company's investment banking credit division in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Additionally, Erik Codrington was named head of structured finance, effective May 15. Previously, Codrington served as managing director in the structured finance group of the company.
