Three land parcels in Chongqing, China, were sold in transactions totaling 2.35 billion yuan, Guandian reported.

China Vanke Co. Ltd. acquired a 78,000-square-meter plot in the city's Liangjiang New Area for 1.13 billion yuan at 9,653 yuan per square meter, while Lianfa Group Co. Ltd. bought a land parcel in Banan district measuring 60,000 square meters for 830 million yuan.

Meanwhile, Jinke Property Group Co. Ltd. bought a 50,300-square-meter land parcel in Chongqing's Liangjiang New Area for 388 million yuan, the report said.

As of May 29, US$1 was equivalent to 6.91 Chinese yuan.
