Skye Bank Plcsaid March 30 that it asked the Nigerian Stock Exchange and other regulatorsfor a four-week extension to file its audited financial statements forfull-year 2015.

The bank, which was scheduled to file its annual financialstatements on March 31, attributed the delay to the additional auditing workthat resulted from its June 2015operational merger with MainstreetBank Ltd.
