B. Riley Wealth Management Inc. opened its first Pennsylvania branch in Devon.

Financial advisers Michael McCall and Michael Connelly will join the new office.

McCall will be branch manager and senior vice president, while Connelly joins as vice president. McCall and Connelly join from Raymond James & Associates Inc., where they held the same positions and managed $181 million in assets.

Christin Hinckle will also join B. Riley Wealth Management as portfolio administrator for the new branch.

In addition, B. Riley FBR Inc. promoted James Baker to head of capital markets.

Baker will continue as executive vice president of brokerage while overseeing the firm's capital markets platform. He joined the firm in 2010 as a member of the equity research team and has held multiple positions since then.
